Bespoke Realty Collective has been at the forefront of property management since 2019, evolving from managing Tingeera Apartments to becoming Hervey Bay’s leading business accommodation provider.

Bespoke Realty Services have a variety of modern, stylish and safe apartments all located within an easy commute, foot, scoot, car or public bus services, to shops, pubs & clubs, business and medical facilities. Importantly, all our apartments and townhouses and a few streets away, or less, from the gorgeous Hervey Bay.

Houses
eWe have a selection of dedicated 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes on the “rent-roll”, scatteredthroughout the region. Many of these properties are specifically set-up and designed for staff rotations and long-term corporate bookings.
A number of Residetial Tenancy Authority listings have joined our rent-roll whch are not fully furnished.

Weekly linen changes, cleaning, and maintenance.
We have partenered with CLS to ensure all our corporate clients & guests only receive quality, hygienic, fresh linen on every visit.
We use the triple sheeting method, with striped Top Sheets. Guest and always snuggked inbetween weekly changed, chrisp white sheets, laundered to the highest standard.
CLS is a local Family based bisiness, operating with over 33 years experience, located on Islander Road, Pialba.
Toiletries and commercial grade ccleaning equipment & chemicals, fused for you stay are sourced locally from our trusted friends at Fraser Coast Cleaning Suppllies, located on Fraser Street, Torquay.

This flexibility of a 28-day booking can allow your business to only pay for accomodation that your staff need and our weekly services allow both the corporateions and home-owners, peace of mind the staff are being looked after, that any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and everyone in happy.
